I guess the Moth Ball must be some kind of costume ball with an Adams Family type theme and Tyra Banks went all out to make sure her make-up matched the theme of the event. What else would explain her garish make-up job? (photo) You know Tyra would never be seen dead looking like that unless it was some kind of joke, or just her playing a character or dressing in character as the case would be.
