    Could not find any medical resources that mention Alexandria’s Genesis. Did find forums where people were posting about how their doctors diagnosed their children with Alexandria’s Genesis, but reliable medical information about this claimed mutation that results in the development of violet or purple eyes could not be found.

      It’s not real. I’m the creator of Alexandria’s Genesis. It was a back story made up for a couple of Daria-based Mary Sue fan fiction characters circa 1998.
